Expeditions presented on this website are organized and operated by Okapi Travel LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States.
Booking and payment
Reservations and payments are processed through our external booking and payments provider. A booking becomes binding when confirmed by Okapi Travel following receipt of the required deposit. Deposit amounts, payment schedules and any installment plans are stated per expedition at the time of booking.
What is included
Each expedition page states what is included and excluded for that expedition. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, international airfare is never included; travelers arrange their own international flights.
Cancellation
Cancellation terms, including deadlines and refund schedules, will be published per expedition before booking opens and confirmed in your booking documentation. [To be completed with approved commercial terms.]
Travel insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance including medical and evacuation coverage is a condition of participation on all expeditions.
Wildlife and conditions
Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed. Itineraries may be adjusted in the field for safety, weather, wildlife activity or other operational reasons, always seeking equivalent photographic value.
