We use this information solely to respond to your request, to share the expedition information you asked for, and to manage your place on an interest list. We do not request payment details or passport data through this website.

We process inquiry data on the basis of your consent and of taking pre-contractual steps at your request (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b)). You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Booking data
When booking opens, reservations and payments are processed by our external booking and payments provider. under its own terms and privacy policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by that provider and its payment processors; it never reaches this website.
Retention and sharing
Inquiry data is retained for as long as needed to handle your request and legitimate follow-up, and then deleted. We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with service providers strictly to operate this website and deliver email.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.
